UK doctor ghosted me — is the medical field really this busy?

A doctor from the UK contacted me on LinkedIn asking me to help with social media and video editing for her clinic.She sent a meeting link, I joined but she didn’t. After 2 days she said she was busy and rescheduled, but again she didn’t attend.After a few days she contacted me again, this time we had the meeting and she was very sweet. She asked me to do a sample piece of work, so I did it.After 3 days she said she liked the sample, gave me her number, created a group with her team, and we had another meeting. They told me they don’t really understand social media and need help with content and editing.Everything looked confirmed, but after that replies became slow again and now there’s no response. Is UK medical practice really that busy that this kind of communication is normal? Or is this just a red flag and I should move on?
