Curious Case of Mohammad Shami after CWC 2023

I starkly remember after the CWC 2023, whilst we were heartbroken and comparatively unhappy. Everyone was appreciating each and very player but one player stood out.

From warming the benches to setting the tourney on Fire. mad. shami performed like he was possessed.

He got badly injured, Yet everyone had a new found respect for him. Not that this was his first time, quietly he has been an outstanding bowler.

However, since he made his comeback, that too with a. Lot of fanfare in 2025. He performed decently, got thrashed in the IPL but then performed amazingly in the domestic season.

Sooo, why is he suddenly so out of favour?

The Resume is there, what could be the reason?
