Looking for a strategy to beat Ydd Bee in Tanglewood Definitive edition (switch)

Hi.

So there is this game called Tanglewood: Definitive edition on switch

It features a new boss fight called Ydd Bee

It goes like this: you use geyser holes in the ground to shoot seeds at this giant electric bee. The moment you accidentally touch this bee, you die and restart from a checkpoint

I managed to hit him 3 times with a trick

See, the bee chases you. It would stop in a specific point, then go back

But when you hit him the 2nd time, he won't run away from you any longer

I tried stacking more seeds near the hole so I could hit him thrice

But he does not die the third time

If I run in other areas that make him flee, I cannit make him shoot a seed and put such seed in a geyser

So what would the strategy be?

Did anyone defeat him?
