Earplug recommendations

Hi, I’ve had noise and light sensitivity for a while, stumbling across this community was equivalent of finding my kin.

I have been using Loop earplugs (engage) but honestly they didn’t do shit for me and were quite expensive.

I would love of someone can give me nice recommendations for some earplugs. I live in India so if there’s something local it would be greatly appreciated.
