Should I leave this job?

I started working at an alternative school in January working as a lunch person/assistant for $18 an hour. I get no pto and only 5 sick days. I also received like no training. The place is honestly disorganized as hell and the kids just do what they want with basically no reprocussions. There's barely any staff and teachers either quit or call off left and right. We all basically do two jobs and are underpaid.

I found out I have to take an all day training about an hour and a half away. This is due to me working lunch, however, all the food gets catered to the school. I literally cook nothing, wtf do I need to go to training for? I did sign up for it, but, it's supposed to rain all that day and I have severe anxiety about driving let alone in the piss rain for an hour and a half.

Unfortunately, I have had to use my sick days as well because my daughter is in kindergarten and there's been several illnesses going around. I even got an email from her teacher about the issue. I wouldn't be surprised if they fire me honestly.

I have a second job at a restaurant I'm thinking about just picking up more hours at. The only thing is I do get health insurance through the school so that's the only thing that's really got me torn.
