[M4F] - Becoming a wagecuck for shareholder value

Hi penpals, I am looking for an F who wants to help me build out an idea I have. Frankly, I actually prefer to build up and exchange ideas more than I like to actually play scenes out. I've found that everyone is in different timezones and on different schedules, so setting up the time to have big long roleplays usually doesn't work out, but I'm not totally opposed to it.

As for the idea itself:

I want to build out a sort of dystopian capitalist world where young men (like me) are pressured into accepting quasi-voluntary celibacy right at the peak of their virility, all for the good of shareholder value. Think of it like workforce sexual harassment training, taken to the extreme.

I will play your husband, or boyfriend, and you will be my wife, or girlfriend.

We are both fresh out of college (or some years removed) and saddled with student loan debt.

I (or both of us) have a job lined up at a soulless, morally bankrupt, kafka-esque mega-corporation.

The year is 203X, and corporate America is going to extreme lengths to implement DEI/woke ideology (I know it's not as in vogue nowadays, but let's roll with it). I, being a fit, educated, straight, white male, have been deemed 'high-risk' by HR, and thus, mandated to undergo intense training and monitoring to keep me in line with modern workforce expectations.

Where does it go from there? I want to build it out with someone whose mind is as corrupted as mine, but I have a few ideas:

Perhaps HR mandates that I wear a male chastity cage at all times while in-office.

Maybe I'm offered better pay and more PTO for lowering my levels of "toxic masculinity" (read: testosterone blockers).

Maybe you work at the same company as me and are constantly getting hit on by my manager (who I might add, is not subject to the same level of control by HR).

Maybe you work in HR and are initially not in favor of the extreme measures, but after a while of drinking the corporate kool-aid, you go all in and become a huge proponent yourself.
