Should I do my first service as my bike will be 1 month old but the total running is less than 100 km.

On my manual it says I should do my first service when whatever comes first, either 750 km or 1 month. And my bike has done less than 100 km, so is it ok if I do a short ride here and there and take my total km to 150 atleast, and can I do the service a bit late like after 45 days instead of a month.
