What are your thoughts on thr story/story packs?

I heard a lot of people criticising Act I , hikari and tairitsu's story, tho I haven't seen any criticism on Act II? Wanna hear your thoughts on both Act I and Act II or in other words the main story, and your opinion on the main story packs (songs) as well! Feel free to express your feelings about it in the comments :)!
