help

i was using a bone terp pearl, about 3mm and it got stuck when i was pulling it out, it ended up going INTO THE FREAKING INSERT AND FELL DOWN THE HOLE. is there a way for me to safely remove this insert? ive cleaned the rig several times but didnt pull the insert out for fear of disconnecting the atomizer😔
