How to get stray dogs out of my locality?

Hello Guys,

I live in SK 3 and have a lot of stray dogs. Can someone recommend some concrete and good ways to take these dogs away.

Really fed up with these fu***ing creatures. I love dogs with not at the cost of they biting me.
