Looking for some advice on how best to distribute 20b amongst these equips.

For reference I play on Heroic (Kronos) and with these equips I am sitting at 75mil cp and am going to Liberate on March 26th.

I am aiming for as close to 100m cp as possible with current mesos.

What should my current strategy be? Is 100m cp even possible with what I have? What is a realistic outcome for this SSF
