Most Anticipated Releases: March 2026
If y’all are anything like me, y’all obsessively keep lists of when exciting new books are going to come out.
Like, personally, I check why-choose’s calendar every weekend for upcoming releases that look interesting, but for ones that I am super super excited about, I also put them in my phone’s calendar (which is basically filled only with reminders to pay my credit card bill each month and romance novel releases) to make sure I don’t forget about them. It’s a tool I started when struggling with intrusive suicidal thoughts, because it reminded me that I had things, even if they were just little things, to look forward to when everything seemed bleak.
These are the books I either buy outright, spend the day before release planning which of my KU current borrows I’m going to return for it the minute I wake up, or at the very least put on the top of my tbr.
I’d love to hear what people are looking forward to this month, to share the love and give us a place to be excited about them together.
For me, there are really only a few for March, and half of them are ones with earlier planned release dates that got pushed out (it feels like there’s been a non-trivial number of those recently).
March 2nd
{Dark Tangled Truths by CS Berry}. Book three of six in a series previously published through Vella, if I’m not mistaken. High school drama (in more ways than one), mistaken identity, and sports. What’s not to love?
March 6th
{Heat Protocol by Helen Scott and Zoey Shelby}. The fourth in a series of standalones. The series is the most recent addition to The List, because I loved its approach to combating discrimination and overcoming adversity that has definite real-world parallels without feeling preachy.
March 7th
{Fortius by Greer Hudson}. I don’t have any details about what’s happening with Greer, but I’m sure that whatever it is, she will be releasing the book as soon as she’s able. So it’s going to stay on my anticipated release list every month, and I’m going to be patient because I am sure it will be worth it when it’s finally out.
March 19th
{Claimed by the Rockstars Part Two by Helen Harper and River Ramsey}. Part one wasn’t as good a Psychos, but it was interesting enough that I still want to see how it plays out.
So, now that I’ve shared, please let me know what you’re excited about!
Authors—I know you are excited about your own releases, but this post is not meant for self-promotion.
