How important is wysiwyg on exarch models for tournaments. Should I consider magnetizing?

Sorry if this is dumb. I want to enter the tournament scene and I want to know as long as all exarchs are the same loadout does wysiwyg matter? I would magnetize the models but I always mess that up and it ends up looking bad. Just curious if I should suck it up and potentially ruin some models or if it’s okay to just put whatever on them.
