Went to the Future for the first time. Thought to myself "Hey, why do I need a Cleric, I have pretty god items, I'm gonna be fine".

Tank+Thief+Hunter+Tinkerer, all went well and easy in the Lab. I had good skills and passives on all cats, except when my tank got CAT AIDS and was losing 1 constitution after every battle. But ok, manageable.

Then I entered the Future.

Goddamn, those nazi bots are freakin hardcore. The mix of Ubermen which are trampling all over my cats and reflecting the projectiles from 3 of my cats, plus those shooter bots that ALSO can dodge my attack and shoot like crazy. I guess that's the whole gimmick of the area as you have to hide behind covers.

Then I come to the boss, and it's fuckin Fuhrer himself. By that time I have already save-scamed one fight, so my thief had Deja Vu. I only managed to kill one clone fetus before they all evolved. 8 30-HP clones, and they can do that ridiculous multi-attack...

Anyway, I almost managed to make it with 3 cats down and Thief spamming Backflip, but Hitler got me.

I save-scum, all cats have Deja Vu now, and it obviously went even worse.

Then I say "fuck it" and save-scum the 4th time, so Steven takes full control... AND FREAKIN MAKES IT ON TURN 8 EASY-PEASY, only two cats downed!!! With two clones running around still.

I guess I gotta learn from him. Also, I'm never going anywhere in Act 3 without a Cleric anymore.

I've been humbled by Steven
