Traveling the world in a mask?

I've recently developed some health issues that have made me extra covid conscious and I have become a full time masker. I live in a major city on the east coast of the US where masking isn't super common, but it's acceptable and not considered a big deal. However, I have lots of plans to see the rest of the world and it will have to be in a mask. I know attitudes toward masks vary by country. What kind of time might a tourist in a mask have in your country/do you have experience traveling in a mask? How have people responded to you?
