Do part timers actually get evaluations?

All the posts about raises/evaluations have me wondering how much of a priority does your store make about evaluations for part timers? I’ve been working part time at nights at the same store for almost 10 years now and have never once had an evaluations. Quite a few different Coaches/TLs during that time and no one has ever done one. I’m not even sure if it is supposed to be done by the Coach or a TL. Not too pressed about it as this isn’t my main job and I do get a raise every year. Just wondering if this is the same for other people, too.
