Help With FPS

I need help improving my FPS performance in Minecraft Bedrock. For some background, my PC is pretty good; I average at least 250 FPS on Java. However, when I started playing with my friends on Bedrock, my FPS dropped significantly. During combat, I get between 10 and 30 FPS, and I can barely average 40 FPS overall.

I don't understand why this is happening—when I’m breaking a tree, I still get around 240 FPS, and when I'm in water, it’s also around 240 FPS. I genuinely need assistance. I'm aware of the recent update that impacted frame rates, but I don't think it affected me that much. I’m open to any tips you might have. Thank you!
