Ramsay voiceover: “Over 20 years ago I came to America to look for the best chefs. I’ve found 25 great winners of Hell’s Kitchen, and now I’m here to find the next one. And with Michelle moving onto greener pastures, I’ll hand it over to Holly, season 24 winner and the new red team sous chef, to introduce our red team this year.”
“Thanks for the introduction chef. The blue team won’t know what hit them, as the team this year is one of the hardest working I’ve ever seen.”
Red team
Ashley Thomas, 30 - Sous chef, Toronto
Holly: “Ashley is everything you want in a great chef. Composed, skilled, and talented. She’s got a great attitude, so we’ll have to see if she can overcome her quiet personality.”
Moe Grant, 25 - Private chef, Boston
Holly: “Moe is one of those chefs who always works his hardest, and is always there for the team.”
Liam Green, 30 - Executive chef, Detroit
Holly: “Despite his large stature, Liam is a plating master, as he’s made some of the prettiest dishes I’ve ever seen. Not to mention, his work ethic and motor is one of the best that I’ve ever seen.”

Holly: “Fiona is a very organized and natural chef, someone who preaches that she can cook food as good as she looks.”

Holly: “Freya is someone who is one of the most creative chefs that has ever entered Hell’s Kitchen. On top of that, she’s the ultimate team player with a bubbly personality.”

Holly: “Joseph is someone who is a workhorse, as he’s willing to work multiple stations so that his team will succeed. His work ethic is second to none, and he’s a natural born leader willing to prove that despite being the oldest, he’s here to stay and fight with the young-ins.”

Holly: “Persephone is one of those chefs that oozes passion, as she has a deep love of food and will work her absolute hardest to prove that.”
