Outdoor shots: NXTPAPER 11 Plus vs Boox Tab X C (Kaleido 3)
In direct sunlight any eInk screen beats the LCD screen of the NXTPAPER by a wide margin, however even during summer I rarely hold either tablet so the sun shines directly on the screen thus I've made some photos with the sun coming from the side which is a more realistic scenario.
Bottom line the NXTPAPER performs acceptable but longer reading sessions are still way more comfortable on the Boox Tab X C. It should be noted that the NXTPAPER screen runs at 100% backlight whereas the Boox has its frontlight switched off entirely.
