Help With FX Pro Wheel Reading Through Base

Hi all!

I just bought an FX pro wheel from SIMAGIC it seems to be working and when I attach it to my Evo pro wheelbase it lights up the dashboard shows but for some reason it’s not getting picked up by the SIMAGIC software. If I plug it in directly to my computer via USB it does, but it will not through my Evo pro wheelbase. Does someone know how to get this to work?
