Kalos Snapshot Encounter

Hey guys!

I just started playing pokemon go recently and noticed the Kalos event ticket available for purchase for the Latios/Latias snapshot encounters. I encountered Latias once; is that the only time I can, or can I keep refreshing to get more encounters?"

Happy catching!
