Is there a way to setup wheel/joysticks/gas pedal for different equipment?

I don’t own any of the above yet, I want to make sure I get applicable items first.

I’m looking for a wheel, 2 joysticks, and a gas/brake pedal setup as well. My man question before I buy:

Is there a way to set it up so in one game, I can jump in a loader or tractor, steer with the steering wheel, control the bucket with the right joystick, and accelerate with the pedal? THEN get out, get in an excavator, and use both joysticks to control it? Pedals to accelerate, left and the two joysticks control the boom and bucket? Then get in a skidsteer, and move with the left joystick, control bucket with the right joystick?

Pretty much, I want everything to be realistic in the way it moves. I don’t want to use a steering wheel in an excavator.
