Can’t find part

Hi everyone!

I am wondering if anyone had any recommendations for me. i’ve been having an issue with my 05 Ford Explorer XLT 4.6 V8. the power steering went out and i assumed it was the power steering pump. I checked the reservoir and the substance it in was black and bubbly. i am SURE that not supposed to be normal. I have also been hearing some whining coming from under the hood but i didn’t know what it was until the car is now super hard to move. i also noticed that there is a hole in the Long rack and pinion hydraulic tube. i tried to find a replacement part literally everywhere but i cant help ahold of everyone. I have went to O’Reilly, AutoZone, Napa auto parts, and they all say that they’re unable to source the part. Does anyone have any advice??
