Changing the world settings on HostHavoc

I doubt anyone is going to be able to answer because this is such a niche question, but how do I change the world settings for a server hosted on Hosthavoc? Ive changed the .json file both manually and with the config editor provided in the host menus, but the changes don't actually apply to the server. does anyone know how to fix this?
