Can you transfer pokemon back from ZA?

I remember hearing that you can transfer pokemon to ZA, but it's a one way transfer and they can't come back.

But in the Pokemon presents video where it showed the diagram for home including FR and LG, it looked like you could transfer pokemon back.

Will you permenantly not be able to transfer you pokemon back? I really want transfer my Gen 8 team to ZA but still be able to use them in Dynamax Raids.
