Is there a way to get over internalized mysoginy?

Advice Needed

I feel like this is probably pretty common amoung other trans men but maybe I'm wrong. I like to try to be as progressive as possible but at the same time I know deep down I hold a lot of misogynistic beliefs, for example being vulnerable with others I perceive as weak and therefore "feminine" there's some other reasons I don't like being vulnerable but I know that is a big one, I try to be independent and refuse help from certain people (mainly cis men) because I fear I will be perceived more feminine if I need help with anything. I get uncomfortable playing women characters in games, usually I get over it but for a brief moment I feel like "oh... I really don't want to be seen doing this," and I try to only play as men. I have OC's and all of them are dudes. I'm afraid to relate to women in media when it's being perceived because I'm scared someone will see me liking a women character a lot and assume I'm one as well. There's been times with more traditional people that I've been asked to clean, or wash the dishes or put something away because I was perceived as a woman and usually doing basic chores is water off my back but that rubs me the wrong way even if I feel I should just be like "oh well." I think a lot of this is mostly being scared of being seen doing stereotypical "feminine" things by some specific people who I know don't see me as I present myself fully, because usually with the people I choose to surround myself with, I feel really masculine no matter what I do, what I say, my voice, how I dress, weather or not I hold open a door for someone or let someone open one for me, what music I listen to, whether or not I'm wearing pink and crop tops and booty shorts or jeans and a muscle shirt, so on and so forth.

If anyone here has struggled with these types of feelings is there anything that helped you get over those feelings?
