Fasting for surgery

I'm having an anesthetic procedure next week and my arrival time is not scheduled until 3:00PM. I can't eat anything after midnight the night before. I am freaking out because I very easily get hungry, faint, nauseous, all the things. I typically eat breakfast right at 7:00AM every day and am hungry for a snack around 10:00-11:00AM. If I ignore it and push through until lunch, I feel sick. This plus all my general anxiety about anesthesia and potentially getting sick has me wanting to cancel... but I won't.... probably :(
