Rotate chains to extend life of drivetrain

Other

If you have a 12 speed remove your chain when it reaches .5. Keep the chain and label it. Put new chain on, stretch it to .5. Repeat this till the new chain you put on skips. Now you remove the chain that skips and label it. You probably now have 5-7 chains stretched to .5. Put first one you took off back on and stretch it to .75. Do this with all the chains. Then stretch all the chains to .1. You can continue stretching the chains by measuring chain, or by mileage. How many miles did you ride from .75 to .1, whichever you find easier. This is an easy process that saves money and parts. I have a Sram Nx drivetrain on a Scott Strike. I rotate 5 chains and am at 15200 miles. Enjoy your ride!
