I feel like i can't have any space or any peace?

I took too long going to the bathroom. Got in trouble for that. I Too long grabbing a drink and heating up my food. Every night he picks a fight abbout something. I am sick of it.That caused a fight i sat in the car for a hour . spouse came out to the car and started arguing with me said he had to go somewhere.

I feel like i can't have any peace esp during mealtime.
