75 Days Before Cruise. What do I need to book for 2 adults and toddler?

First time cruisers, Sailing 4 night Wish Nassau and Castaway Cay Cruise in May. 3 days until I can book things online. I am only aware of SOME things I can book in advance:

Royal Gathering, BBB, Barber, Tangle Salon, Royal Tea, Olaf's Picnic, Adult Only Dining: Not Interested

Its a Small World Nursery: Interested in booking, worried spots fill up fast and not sure how to predict my needs

Spa: Interested in a day pass for me and fiance

anything else i can book on Tuesday? any good advice or activities I dont want to miss?
