Period streaming tips?

I usually take the full 4-5 days off for my period, as I haven’t found it super lucrative in the past (would just focus more on content). I would like to stream more though - I do find I get about 1/3 the viewers I get usually (I’m a fully nude streamer) when I have to wear panties, but I wonder if you have tips re: streaming on your period?

I wear a tampon, and really only feel comfortable using toys to vibrate outside the panties, and also no insertion during my period either. It’s been a lot slower than my regular streaming. I would appreciate any advice!
