scholarship for uni

hello, can 67.5 rp + merit get scholarships? my grades are H2 Bio - A, H2 Chem - B , H2 Econs - A, GP - A

H2 Math - E (not counted as it’s my last H2), H3 Bio - Merit.

i was fairly confident with my grades but after hearing about half of nyjc and hci getting 70rp idk anym. i’m also a PR so i think i’ll be deprioritized and some scholarship im not even eligible for. i’m also not sure if an E grade for my last H2 is going to affect me a lot even though in 70rp system it’s not supposed to matter.
