New Disney postcard has me wondering. Artist denied AI in the comments, but I have. questions...namely, the trees/raft(s)/people

I feel bad calling someone's work into question, and the process video does shows the artist applying the stencil, woodcutting, and painting it, but some of the details strike me as off. A few of the trees' trunks are weirdly visible in the middle, their boughs seem unnecessarily "swirly," the raft is one raft or two rafts?, and the hangliders seem to share a leg?
