What is you hottest take that counters traditional WP philosophy—. I’ll start—as HS coach I HATE when former players “stop by” practice to say hi. I know it’s supposed to help with team culture & legacy— but in reality it’s awkward and very disruptive. I definitely allow it, and act like it’s great, but in reality I hate it
