Was tested when I could only think and perceive in 2D at 127, now that I can do so in 3D, is my actual one higher?

Discussion

I’m a trans guy, diagnosed with ADHD and suspect ASD. From age 6-20 I could only think and remember things and perceive in 2D. Due to gender dysphoria, and fear of the knowledge that if I told my parents they would be very upset (which turned out to be correct, i tried telling them at 13) I had no conception of what my body looked like and felt like I didn’t exist in the material world, I started transitioning last year and now that I can actually conceive of what I look like and can actually perceive that things are materially real, I’ve been able to think and perceive in 3D. I’ve had more hyperexciteability as well which is resistant to sedatives, now that I’m not masking I feel like my brain is at full capacity instead of it constantly calculating my every movement and word.

I got iq tested when I was 8 and scored 127. They gave me some blocks and asked me to recreate a picture with them, except the picture was at a 90 degree angle from me. Since I couldn’t rotate the 3D image in my mind, my brain had to manually mentally take each data point and reproduce a 2D image at the angle I was facing in order to complete the puzzle. It reliably worked but it took longer for bigger puzzles for me to absorb and translate all the data. Previously, the only times I was able to perceive and think in 3D were on shrooms and acid, and even 4D in the case of acid. I always felt more sober on them for some reason, and now I know why. Now that I’m able to think in 3D i have very vivid consistent mentally imagery. It feels like my brain is a computer, I can open a 3D modelling program like blender in my brain, I can create stuff and rotate and zoom in and out and see different angles at the same time, it just appears in my brain automatically when I think about it. I can see 4D shapes too, folding into each other like I had on acid, except now I’m completely sober. I can read so much faster. I’ll look at a multiple choice question and before I’ve even consciously processed the question my eyes are already flitting down to one of the answers, and once I process it it turns out it is the right one. My memories are so vivid and dimensional now, I can walk between them and remember all the details across time and space. I had to struggle to visualize things when I was in 2D and now it’s like a movie automatically playing, I don’t need to lift a finger. I just wonder if I had actually been able to perceive in 3D, what my actual iq would have been at 8 years old roughly? Even only being able to perceive and think in 2D I was a straight A student, except for math and physics because I literally just couldn’t get a physical sense of those things. I wonder if I had been able to see and think in 3D, maybe I could have actually had a shot of understanding those?
