Delta to Korean Air metal for SEA-ICN flights to get Wi-Fi?

Normally I default to taking Delta metal when flying between SEA and ICN. But the last two flights there was no Wi-Fi outside of the US -- so essentially the vast majority of the flight.

Is the situation better on Korean Air metal? Do they have Wi-Fi for the entirety of the flight? Pretty good speed?

And how does KAL business class compare to Delta One?
