Returning Player Stuck: Mercury Junction, can't buy Rhino Blueprint

Hello, I just returned playing this month and exploring all my pending quests and misions.

I found myself stuck trying to complete the "Mercury Junction" , it asks me to buy the Rhino Blueprint from the market with credit, but I already have Rhino built from way back when I played in the past and I can't find the blueprint to buy it in the market (I assumed I had already purchase it in the past).

Is there any way I can resolve this or purchase the blueprint from other place? I can't complete the junction without it :p
