Advice on if this is a red flag and I should avoid this guy

I met a cute guy and gave him my number. He texted me right away. We don't text all day everyday, but exchange at least one message a day. We have been on one date uptill now and we're both figuring out what we want. I just want advice onna pattern that I am seeing, I'm recently single, put of a 7 year relationship and haven't dated much so I'm not sure if this a red falg and I should run or if this is common. He is in his 30s and I'm in my late 20s, we have a 7 year age gap. He is really busy and works two jobs(I will not discuss why). When we planned our first date, he disappeared one day before the date. But confirmed plans on the day of and we still went on the date. Now, I asked him out on a second date a week from our first date and he said he might be able to make it and that he'd confirm. He didn't, so O reached out this morning to confirm but he hasn't responded yet and we were to meet tomorrow morning. I'm not sure if this is a pattern or a red flag or if he only wants night time dates because he's only looking to hook up. So I'm just here for advice on whether I should see where this goes or move away from it.

For more context, on our date and everytime we have met, he has seemed very into me. The time I gave him my number my friends told me that he seemed very into me too. He did come on a little strong on the date, but hasn't explicitly stated intentions, and I don't expect him to either because we barely know anything about each other.
