small trick to bring back the minimap in situations where you got no signal

if you ever miss having the minimap in any situation where signal is lost (which are PL exclusive iirc), this small trick can make it appear:

simply enter settings and toggle centered stamina bar. this forces a full UI reload that restores any disabled widget(like minimap in this case)

my HUD got a few mods but this trick works perfectly with the game unmodded
