I need help figuring out an IPC lighting issue

Hello,

My wife bought a 2003 Ford Ranger and we're trying to figure out some kind of issue regarding the Instrument Panel Cluster lighting. We pulled the IPC out to replace the lights using some aftermarket LED bulbs as the previous ones burnt out. After plugging everything back in and testing, it looks like the lights still aren't turning on. We've done the following to troubleshoot

- Cleaned contacts on the dimmer switch using Isopropyl alcohol and let it dry

- Checked for dirty connections on the headlight switch (clean)

- Replaced fuse 33 (15 Amp), fuse 11 (7.5 Amp), and fuse 26 (10 Amp)

We did our testing outside in the middle of the day so we thought that it was just too bright and we couldn't see the lights. I tested it again just now and it looks like the oil pressure and battery level turned on briefly before turning off. Nothing else turned on

We still haven't reassembled the dash yet in case it didn't work. I'm not sure what else to do without parts cannoning this. Any advice?
