Has anyone had a FFL transfer missing any items?

So I recently got my transfer today. (https://taloinc.com/product/colt-1911-mama-quilla-moon-goddess)

And I don’t realize that the mag was missing until I went home. Sounds silly I know.

Anyway the gunstores are closed on Sunday so I’ll have to see what happened to my mag. Unless I’m a idiot and left it at the store it it fell out the case which is unlikely imo

Anyway has anyone ever had a transfer with missing items or the wrong items? What happened?
