How to celebrate myself and stop comparing myself to others?

Life/Self/Spirituality

My brain sometimes reminds me that my friend is spending their day with a partner, and I'm not. Or noticing that my coworker is advancing their career, and I'm not. Or my cousins having a house and a family, and I don't. I don't necessarily feel behind in life or milestones. I know we have our own journey and things that I don't have right now, might come in the future. I know I have things that I can celebrate too.

But I can't stop 'competing' with them. Admittedly unhealthy, I think of things that I have that they do not. I want to stop this. I want to stop noticing what I don't have (at least not yet), and celebrate and focus more on what I have, without one upping anyone.

I know this is self worth related. And I want to improve myself. To feel assured and to feel my own abundance. Their gain is not my loss. And my gain is not their loss. Thank you in advance!
