Weaning and feeling an overwhelming sense of sadness

My baby is 11 months old and I’m working on making it to a year. Today I have a nasty clog and I’ve felt such an overwhelming sense of sadness and anxiety. It feels like an impending doom waiting to happen. Idk what to do.
