Fetch Canada insurance is a SCAM

while going for my second year with them applied for an Add on called “Wellness” with in their app then I spayed my dog. Such add on has no waiting period. When redeeming my invoice they claimed I add my wellness add on as a new policy. Their system created a new policy. They denied paying for the service they offered me. I reached their cx service line but they seemed to be home based reps who just repeat scripts and solve nothing
