Weight loss and guilt

Vent/Rant

Hi guys! Currently I'm struggling with a lot of guilt because of losing weight. I gained a lot of weight when i was young because of several chronic health conditions. I started zep in november and am already down about thirty pounds. I havent been this weight since I graduated hs five years ago. Aside from that milestone, I'm feeling super guilty. Im a big sister who has made it my duty to not talk negatively about my weight (as much as i can) in front of my little sibling and uplift them when they struggle with their body. I want them to know that all bodies are good bodies, but I can't help but feel like I'm failing them by wanting to change my own. The biggest issue is that it's not like im losing weight exclusively for my health: im losing it because i want to be treated better. I dont want to be questioned or looked at weird because im fat. If i were just losing weight for my health, i dont think I'd feel as guilty. Have any of you guys, specifically parents or caregivers had a similar experience?

Also yes, im in therapy for this whole big sister guilt thing. I'm much better than i was, but some days it still hits. :)
