Waiting

Curious what you guys think the wait is to drive? I have 2 years warehouse seniority and with all these buy outs, lay offs, volume drops, an talks of “downsizing” I feel the wait to drive is gonna be longer than 3-4 years an I hear people talk about it going back to a 10 year wait.

I’m already about to hit 30 years old an have kids. Workin 2 jobs to make ends meet suck but the promise of good career and good pay is what keeps me showing up. Last month I was just browsing the job market and ran into a decent paying job (starting at $61,000 a year + commission so that number can go up) and very low stress from what I hear. It’s a driving position and offers okay insurance. I applied for shits and gigs and was offered the position… I’m on the brinks of kicking rocks at UPS where I dread going every day and starting over. Just not surewhat I should do. I would like some insight on where you think the line is for a guy with 2 years and if it would be dumb to toss away my seniority for a different job.
