Double Deck Pinochle - Points for "pinochle"?

Beginner here. I have a table of point values, and have 15 points for a pinochle. I don't see anywhere online that a pinochle for double deck pinochle is anything other than 4 points. Does anyone know what variation it is that would have 15 points for a pinochle?
