Glowing moths in midnight

I have been trying to 100% Harandar for collectibles and noticed how the moths work collecting 120 to trade for items, but according to the achievement I have collected 80 but only have 69 luminous dust. I was curious if anyone else's is like that to? I'm at rep lvl 8 so know I can't see any more till it's higher but I was certain it was 1-1 moth for dust but might be wrong any insight would be greatly appreciated
