Lil Tumor and Cancer advice

Hi all!

I’ve recently been very lucky and acquired both Cancer (-1 to 3 stats at the end of battle, gain 1 random mutation) and Lil tumor (same exact item just a different slot).

My question to you all is, should i run both on a single cat or split them up and have two cats become mutated crazy style. Or maybe even wait until i find the inevitable third cancer to complete the set and see what happens.

It’s too large of a decision for a simple gay like me to make, i need the help of you professional kitty diddlers. Thank you!
