Biometrics appointment for I-131 after I-485 approval

My I-485 was approved about a month ago and I received my green card a couple weeks ago. Now, USCIS scheduled a biometrics appointment for my I-131 AP application that I had filed just before the I-485 got approved.

I uploaded a withdrawal request today asking that the I-131 be withdrawn as I'm an LPR now.

Did to with related travel I can't attend the appointment anyway, which means the application will likely be denied if they don't process the withdrawal first.

Will the denial affect my current LPR status or future N-400?
